We are on the last phase of our build. It was been easy every step of the way. John is very organized and pays attention to detail. He is easy to work with as well as his sub contractors. Living in Portland, Oregon and building in Idaho has not been an issue at all. John’s communication has been exceptional. He even set up a website where we could see the progress of the build. We highly recommend John and his team.

Long overdue review. Cotner Building did an incredible job on our home. We have been in for 4 months and absolutely love it. From the beginning John was extremely easy to work with. He was accessible, genuine, and knowledgeable. Even with several projects going on at the same time as ours, he was always quick to respond to questions, change requests, or just update us on the progress. His subs were professional, respected the job site, and met their deadlines. His job supervisor (Mike) was meticulous to detail and kept an open line of communication throughout the process. If you’re also looking to build your dream home you have to give John a call.
